CLDC 1.0 and MIDP 1.0.3 would be supported on all handsets.

Would there be support for MMS & WAP on each handset?
WAP Browser and MMS Client are Java based apps. They are not natively present in any of the current handsets. Since they are Java apps, they can be downloaded and used.
Are all Reliance handsets J2ME compliant?
All hand sets supported by network namely LG 2030, Samsung XBS, Samsung Rainbow, Samsung RCP, LG 7130 , Nokia 2280, and G Trans Cindy GCP 4020 are J2ME Compliant.
What is RAP RECORD FORMAT ?
RAP Records format is the preferred data exchange format. There is no relationship with the RAP Connection class.
