Monthly rentals for PC based Attendant Console (Optional) - Rs.2500.

ISDN BRI line has to be subscribed separately for each Attendant console. Plan charges, Free calls worth, Rate / call unit, Deposits for ILD, Installation / Activation charges will depend on the respective ISDN BRI rate plan chosen. PC is to be provided by the customer.

Terms and Conditions - SmartOffice

Feature Charges
Monthly Recurring	Nil
Usage	1. Calls within SmartOffice group are free. 2. Members can be anywhere within the city - same SDCA 3. Call Forwarded leg to be charged as per applicable rate in the chosen plan. (Currently restricted to Reliance numbers in the same SDCA only) 4. 3-way conference shall mean two calls if both calls are outbound. 5. Call to Reliance Customer Care (*377) shall be Toll-Free
CPE Repair Charges to customer
Manufacturing defects	No charges to the customer
Damages	1. Handset - Rs. 400 2. LCD - Rs. 300 3. Keypad- Rs. 100 4. Speaker - Rs.200
Loss of CPE / damages requiring complete replacement	Rs. 1250
Ownership of lines	All the lines within a SmartOffice group shall belong to a single customer.
CPE Ownership	Reliance
Bill periodicity	Monthly
Maximum Temporary Suspension period	6 months
Charge during suspension	Rs.250/- per month
Other terms and conditions
Shifting (installation) Charges	Rs. 500 per connection.
Wiring inside offices	Not in scope
Service Tax	Extra as applicable. (Not levied on deposits)
Transfer of Ownership	Rs. 200 per connection
Reconnection Charge (after Disconnection) for non payment cases	Rs. 100 per connection
Deposits	To be paid in the first bill
