For BIS service the price will be Rs 1099 per month. The voice and net connect charges will be over and above this. Taxes extra as applicable.

How to subscribe to a prepaid BlackBerry service?
Walk into any Reliance World or Reliance Retail outlet stocking BlackBerry devices and purchase a prepaid Reliance Mobile GSM SIM and top up the prepaid balance by using any Reliance Mobile GSM recharge voucher. The balance should exceed Rs 1100 for activating BlackBerry service. An amount of Rs 1099 will be debited from your prepaid balance for activating BlackBerry service.
Rs 1099 will entitle the subscriber to unlimited BlackBerry service usage for 30 days. However incase the voice gets barred /voice services gets suspended due to insufficient balance then even BlackBerry service will get deactivated. Once voice is recharged BlackBerry service will again resume for the balance validity period.
The validity period also includes any days when BlackBerry service is deactivated due to voice barring and suspension
