Yes, you can use your own telephone Instrument. However, some features may not work with your instrument. Services such as Call Waiting CLI, Voice mail indication, etc may not be available in case your instrument does not support ETSI FSK signaling
Can I terminate Reliance Fixed Line Phone on an EPABX/KTS?
Yes, you can terminate the Reliance Fixed Line Phone on EPABX/KTS equipment. Users behind the EPABX can share the line, one user at a time.
Can I use the existing telephone wiring for your connection?
Yes, provided it is certified as healthy by our Field Engineering Officer

Can I migrate to Reliance Centrex service from Reliance Fixed Line Phone?
Yes, you can easily migrate to the Reliance Centrex service if you already have an existing Reliance Fixed Line Phone. All you need to do is fill up the required customer application form and we shall carry out the required changes.
What are the free features available with Reliance Fixed Line Phone?

You can have a common bill for services across all locations provided these services fall under the same Billing Account Number (BAN). For more information, please contact our sales representative.
What proofs do I need to submit with my application form?
If personal/ individual:
Proof Of Address: (Copy of any one of) Lease Agreement, Electricity bill, Telephone Bill, Ration Card, Bank or Credit Card statement, Employers’ certificate.
(Address proof should not be more than 3 months old – except for ration card and lease agreement)
Proof of Identity: (Copy of any one of) Voter’s card, passport, PAN card, driving license, and photo identity card issues by an institution.
If under a corporate name/identity:
Proof of Address: (Copy of any one of) Telephone/ electricity bill, bank statement, lease agreement.
(Address proof should not be more than 3 months old – except for lease agreement)
Proof of Identity: Inquire the corporate profile of the customer whether proprietorship or otherwise).
Proof of identity is required for Proprietorship firms only.
(Note: Not required for other corporate (govt., public limited, pvt. limited, PSU, Trust, regd. society).
Self attested identity proof of the proprietor (Voter’s card, passport, PAN card, driving license, photo identity card issues by an institution) and document certifying proprietorship.
