Guidelines:

Step 1: If you have already logged in to "myservices.relianceada.com" in the past using an existing login (abc@email.com ), kindly ignore this message and continue with the same user name and password.
Step 2: In case of any problems using (abc@email.com )login id for the first time, please click on 'Contact us' link on My Services homepage.
Step 3: If you have registered directly on My Services, you can add your Reliance Landline/ Broadnet connection under "Add or Delete Service"on Overview page, Please keep your Subscriber Number (DN), Customer Account Number (CAN) and Billing Account Number (BAN) handy.
Step 4: You can now view / pay your bill and avail of all other services.
