Time based plan are economy plans with low minimum monthly commitment. There are some thumb rule to follow to make most out of it.

• Please Logout your Broadband connection properly before shutting down your PC/ laptop. It helps to avoid additional charges for idle time. Idle time out for time based plan is twenty minutes (20minutes)

• If system remains idle for twenty minutes, Broadband connection helps to avoid additional billing by auto log‐out. This may no happen if your Pc/laptop is performing online software upgrade in the background like anti virus software, windows update etc.
