- Please note that day/night classification of a particular session will be done on basis of session start time i.e. If the session starts in Peak time/Day Usage (6 AM to 10 PM), it would be classified as a day session and if the session starts in Off-peak time/Night Usage (between 10 PM to 6 AM), it would be classified as night session.
- Discounts will not be carry forwarded if customer migrates to any other plan during the offer period
- Minimum guaranteed speed on Netconnect+ is 256 Kbps subject to technical feasibility.
* If plan change request is given at least 2 days prior to the billing cycle date then New Plan will be effective from next bill cycle. Example: If 25th April is the bill cycle date and you give the request on or before 22nd April then the new plan will be effective from 25th April.
If the plan change request is given within less than 2 days from billing cycle date then New Plan will be effective from next to next billing cycle. Example: If 25th April is the bill cycle date and you give the request on or after 23rd April then the new plan will be effective from 25th May. |

| ONLINE implies,customer can use the 'my-services login' or 'alternate no'. option to purchase the NC+ SPEED BOOSTER PACK |
| In case of 'Alternate no.'option,customer will get a 4 digit PINno. which has to be entered to enable the purchase |
| Once purchased, the customer will be charged the cost of the pack in the forthcoming monthly bill |
| Kindly note that service tax of 12.36% will be charged in addition to the pack cost |
| The entire procedure has been drafted keeping in mind - customer`s preference for ' do-it-onself ' |
| The time duration for restoration of the HSD speed (up to3.1mbps from 144kbps) can take up to 4 hours |
