Automated Phone Payment (IVR)

Reliance Customer care Automated Phone Payment Service helps you make payment from your phone.

• For Reliance Mobile Bills Payment: Dial *222 and you will hear Welcome Call > Options to select Language > Main Menu Select Option to know your bill and make your bill payment, and you can make your Bill payment using this option with your credit card following the IVR payment instructions.
• For HSD Bill payment: Dial our Toll Free number 180030005555. You will hear the Welcome call > select language > press 1 if existing user else press 2 > enter your 10 digit data card number > and follow further IVR instructions.

Auto Pay Direct Debit through Your bank account or credit card Standing Instruction

Using this service your monthly bills can be automatically charged to your bank account or your credit card, by your due date. Just Download the mandate form available at our website at http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/postpaid/pdf/MandateForm.pdf on the >Postpaid Mobile >Billing page and submit at any Reliance Communications outlet.

• To Register for Auto pay through bank account you need to submit a signed cancelled cheque of your bank account along with the completed mandate form.
• To Register for Auto pay through credit card you need to submit a self attached photo copy of the front side of your credit card along with the completed mandate form.

Cheque/Draft payment

You can drop a Cheque or draft in favor RCIL A/c RIS “your relationship no.” into any of the nearest drop box. Please visit www.rcom.co.in to know your nearest drop box location.

Cash payment

You can visit any Reliance Communications outlets to make cash payment.

Credit Card or Debit Card payment

You can visit any Reliance Communications outlets to make payments using your Credit Card or Debit Card

E-Recharge
