Automated Phone Payment (IVR)
Reliance Customer Care Automated Phone Payment Service enables bill payment directly through your phone. Please keep your bank One Time Password (OTP) handy prior to dialing in.
For Reliance Mobile Bills Payment: Dial *222 and you will hear Welcome Call > Options to select Language > Under the Main Menu Select Option to know your bill and make payment. Follow the IVR instructions and make your bill payment using this option with your credit card.
For HSD Bill payment: Dial our Toll Free number 180030005555. You will hear the Welcome call > select language > press 1 if existing user else press 2 > enter your 10 digit data card number > and follow further IVR instructions.
Auto Pay Direct Debit through Your bank account or credit card Standing Instruction
Using this service your monthly bills can be automatically charged to your bank account or your credit card, by your due date.
To Register for Auto pay through bank account you need to submit a signed cancelled cheque of your bank account along with the completed mandate form.
To Register for Auto pay through credit card you may choose to:
b) Submit a self attested photo copy of the front side of your credit card along with the completed mandate form at any Reliance Mobile Store or Reliance World.

Itemised Billing charges: Rs. 50/month (for Voice calls) & Rs.75/month for SMS and Voice calls W.E.F. 11 Oct 2011.

Register for e-bill to get free itemized billing for voice calls made from your Reliance Mobile phone. To register SMS "ACT EBILL

Late Payment Charges:
Incase you fail to make your payment by the due date as mentioned on your bill, a late payment charge of Rs. 100 or 2.5% of the total amount payable, whichever is higher, shall be charged to your account. To avoid paying these charges, pl pay your bill by the due date. Payment dishonour Charges:
Incase any of your payment is dishonoured, a charge of Rs. 200 per instrument/transaction shall be charged to your account.
