• Any dispute or claim arising out of the quality of service/product provided by merchant to be addressed or needs to be resolved by the customer directly with merchant without any reference to RCOM. RCOM holds out no liability or warranty or makes no representation about the quality of the service offered and/or product sold by merchant

• The offer cannot be redeemed for cash in part or full and shall be utilized for the service or product offered only.

• The ‘Special Privileges’ offers are applicable only for Reliance Mobile postpaid customers.
