The 'Sign Up Offer' (the "Offer" is being brought to you by Reliance Communications LTD (RCOM) and is available to the customers of Reliance Global Call service (the "Service").
Reliance Global Call Service is presently offered exclusively to its on-net customers and can be accessible only by Reliance subscribers through their Reliance phone numbers.
The offer is valid till March 31th, 2012.
The Offer shall not be available on the recharges done by the existing Customers of the Service during the Offer period.
No two individual offers can be combined with each other. The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash in part or full and shall be utilized for the service or product offered only.
The Equivalent Value of Additional Talk time (in INR) will be credited to Customer’s account within 48 hours of the successful registration.
The Equivalent Value of Additional Talktime is calculated based on the rates for calling to USA Landline/Mobile from India using Toll Free. i.e. Rs. 1.49.
Customers shall be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the Reliance Global Call Customer Service Agreement (CSA) mentioned on website www.relianceglobalcall.com, Customers of the Service are requested to read terms and conditions mentioned thereof before registration.
The liability of RCOM in no cases shall be more than the amount of Registration paid by the Prepaid Customers at the time of registration.
All incidental costs, taxes and levies related to the offer will be borne by the customers.
In order to participate in the offer, the customers must comply with such additional requirements as may be required by RCOM.
RCOM reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the Offer at its sole discretion without any prior communication / notice.
The Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.
No substitution or refund nor exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or any other benefit except what is provided as Offer Benefit shall be provided under any circumstances.
The claim/complaint/dispute regarding Offer should be made within 15 days of availing the Offer.
Once the registration for the Service is done/Offer is availed, the amount of registration is not refundable under any circumstances.
The decision of RCOM in regard to the Offer shall be final and binding and is non-contestable.
All disputes and these terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with laws of India.
