She has a rich experience of 14 years in handling issues related to Corporate Laws, FEMA, Legal Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring, Intellectual Property Rights, Stock Audits, drafting agreements etc Her expertise lies in the field of Company Law, SEBI Laws, Corporate Restructuring, Valuation of Share & Securities, FEMA compliances, Stock Exchange compliances, IPO, Secretarial Audits and Due diligence. She regularly appears before regulatory authorities like Registrar of Companies & Regional Director and also provides consultancy to various start ups on crucial matters like capital structuring, ESOPs, valuation, shareholder agreements etc
